1. Services Provided

Qrousel provides engineering consulting, software development, and AI automation services. Scope is defined in a Statement of Work (SOW) or Services Agreement.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in an SOW, clients retain ownership of custom code, workflows, and data configurations upon full payment. Qrousel retains rights to pre-existing reusable libraries/tools.

3. Confidentiality

We respect proprietary information and can sign NDAs prior to discussing specific business details or accessing data.

4. Limitation of Liability

Software is never error-free. Qrousel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages except where required by law.
